4 types of calling connections are possible

1 - VOIP

  • You can make internet calls by using a dedicated link and a "TRUNK SIP" service provider.

2 - FXO

  • This is installed in order to continue making calls with traditional, analog phone lines. The analog network is called PSTN (Public switched telephone network)

3 - PRI

  • This service is sometimes called "MegaLink" because it enables placing 23 calls per link. It provides the best sound quality and dependability. However, it is also the most expensive.

4 - Combining all three

  • Thanks to Asterisk, it is possible to interconnect all three and use them as needed.
