Audit

Planning a VOIP Installation

An audit is the the first phase for the implementation of voice over internet. The audit permits an accurate assessment of the total system requirements as well as the telephone use patterns of the organization. The deliverable that results from such an audit is a written Scope of Work report  that provides the technical specifications for the installation of a VOIP service.

Implementing the recommendations

Modulis then uses the Scope of Work Report to propose the next series of steps for VOIP implementation.
