
We install a monitoring system on each server in order to avoid or anticipate an impending crash. This system sends a SIP status request for your telephone service every 15 minutes. It also interogates the server for other parameters such as available disk space, Swap memory, and % CPU utilisation)
When advisable (especially for security updates), we perform pro-active maintainance on your server.
If your server encounters a problem, we can intervene remotely any time Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm (GMT-5). We also offer a 24/7 service at a cost to be discussed. Onsite troubleshooting involves travel related costs.
We will support your technical system administrator (1person) if the person requires assistance for IP-PBX administration such as adding a new user, call forwarding etc.)
A later and new system configuration is not included in our support of current system and equipment.
